It was a busy summer! Devin and I both had our birthday's in July. Devin celebrated turning 7 with an "Almost Sleepover" with three of her friends. She had a blast! I celebrated by going with the family to stay at the Hapuna Beach Prince Hotel on the other side of the island. Unfortunately my camera battery died, so I got only a few pictures of our view. Guess we'll have to go back again to get more pictures. It was beautiful and relaxing! Devin started back to school on August 1st. She's liking 2nd grade so far, but is already complaining about too much homework! Riley just switched daycares, and is enjoying having some new friends to play with. Jeremy completed the fire and physical side of his training, and is now getting ready to start his EMT training. I just found out that I will be starting a new job with the Department of Education on September 1st. I'm really excited fo a change, and looking forward to having the same schedule as Devin.
